Kess is an award-winning writer and director from Melbourne, Australia. He is also 6'8-and-a-bit', which is more often than not the first thing you notice about him. Kess was raised in close proximity to nature, big business and purpose, which embedded into his work a matching sensibility. His stories often feature immaculately composed frames and big hearted performances, amplifying his client’s messages in ways that are both elevated and authentic. Prior to his move to America, he worked with Oh Yeah Wow, Australia's leading home to ragtag animators and VFX artists. There he created his award-winning fashion film for Skodia and his Aria (Australia’s Grammys) nominated music video Through the Roof. He resides in Brooklyn with two of the most vocal and well behaved cats.
